Morrison Management Specialists, a premier foodservice and clinical nutrition contract company, has partnered with a beautiful continuing care retirement in Virginia Beach, VA. Together we are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian provide MNT to the resident population and to oversee the nutrition care team.

As the Nutrition Care Manager you will perform a variety of duties including the planning and supervision of patient food assembly and service, scheduling, hiring, dismissal and training of tray line, diet office and hospitality personnel. You will also be responsible for nutrition screenings, assessments, care plans and weight management meetings and MDS data entry. You will help ensure resident satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
•Registered Dietitian by Commission on Dietetic Registration
•At least three (3) years of clinical experience in a long term care facility
•Management experience, desirable
•Must be able to pass a criminal background check
